I ordered these so I could use 1/8" end mills in my 1/4" router collet. The adapters are sized correctly, hold securely, and offer minimal runout. They are a bit fiddly to use when changing bits because the adapter doesn't always come out with the 1/8" end mill. So you sometimes end up with the adapter stuck in the collet, which takes a small amount of effort to remove. I usually take the 1/4" collet out and just poke the adapter free. These adapters are reasonably priced and work well.

These are just what I was looking for. I have a DeWalt router mounted in my Genmitsu CNC machine and needed some additional collets for some 1/8" bits. They fit perfectly and I have had zero problems with them.

I got these to convert some dremel tools for my table router and they work perfect. No issues so far. Good value as well with 4 in the pack, which is good because I foresee myself losing these.

Eigentlich habe ich ein Adapter von 1/4 auf ER11 gesucht.Der Adapter war letztlich eine Alternative, um 3,175 mm Fräser zu verwenden und hat sich insgesamt als eine gute Lösung bewährt.Die Hülsen könnten jedoch doppelt so lang sein, da sie so komplett in die Spanzange hineinrutschen.

This adapter is perfect going onto my 1/4" M18 router and performance is great, no slips, and no heating problem. This allows me to use the larger, more powered routers to couple with smaller bits and get an even smoother job done. The collet adapter has chamfered inlet edge which makes it easy to slip the router bits in. The collet appears to be made of very strong spring steel which did remain good memory position upon loosening the collet to retrieve the bit. Clamping is extremely accurate and strong where I didn't have worry about slipping at all. Genmitsu has become a major maker under my radar now. I have their 4040 Pro and am very satisfied at this adapter they made to fit my Milwakee tools into the CNC activities. Highly recommend this brand.

I have some 1/8" CNC bits I want to use with my router. But my router only has a 1/2" and 1/4" collets. This is an adapter that fits in the 1/4" collet and then accepts 1/8" shaft bits. It fits snug in the 1/4" collet and clamps down nicely on the 1/8" bits. This will support what I need and it comes as a 4 pack so if one wears out I have more to fall back on. Should last me a very long time.

This is a great set of collet adapters that allow you to use 1/8 Dremel sized bit in your regular router or 1/4 inch die grinder. I will most likely be using these with my Bosch cordless die grinder as I have a number of 1/8 burrs that fit perfectly.

Absolutely fine pack of collet adapters. Machining is solid and there are no obvious flaws. These fit nicely into my Bosch Colt trim routers. I wanted them for engraving bits using hand templates, but they will also be very useful for CNC owners who have a CNC machine that supports a trim router.

These 1/8” collet adapters lack a flange that keeps them from being inserted into the tool's 1/4” collet too far, possibly requiring a pick to get them out.A while back I ordered a similar collet adapter for my die grinder as I wanted to adapt 1/8” rotary bits to the 1/4” collet. That adapter had the flange (refer to the picture for a comparison) and I have to say I like it much better than these. Not that these aren't functional, just a bit more annoying to use as they freely float too far into the tool's larger 1/4” collet.The one real plus with these is you get 4 of them for a rather modest price. Which is a plus as these adapters are so small they are easy to lose.
