These bases feel durable and easy to install. The steel construction feels sturdy, and the black finish gives it a nice look. The installation process was straightforward, and the base holds the post securely in place. I tested it with a 4x4 wood post, and it fits well without much wiggle room. It also comes with all the screws you’ll need.

Thick and heavy steel 4x4 post base. Has a thick powdered coating which should protect against rusting. Excellent quality. Can’t wait to use these.
