These brackets are a great value when you consider the time and effort they save when building a pergola. They have a nice powder coated finish that should hold up nicely to tough Idaho weather. The steel used is sufficiently thick which results in a nice solid pergola with minimal flex. These are a great value compared to similar products.

I had to use my router to shave down the edges of my wood post to make it fit. I used this first set for an air conditioner screen. I will order a larger one for my backyard pergola. I really like the sturdiness of the product.
