The first week we used it it leaked all over our floor. My husband said it’s because I had filled it up all the way and that you have to leave an air pocket in the bottom part. He even put painters tape and message saying leave air pocket. We follow the instructions and it still leaked somehow. And now the nozzle is the issue. You have to play with it for it to pour out at a decent pace.

I use the zero water filter system and not the big, bottled water setup. Even then, if I overfill the bottom container it overflows. I tested it and found out the hard way.

Mine don’t work. Once I put the jug on it, water comes out a little bit and then it stops. Am I supposed to poke a hole somewhere? I guess I’m gonna return this one.

This makes pouring a glass of water quick and easy, but it is not designed for the fridge. Once it arrived, I began to wonder if I shouldn’t have gotten a different large dispenser that fits in the fridge. Then I realized I was using the water from it to make coffee and tea, to cook with, for my pets to drink, and all sorts of other things done best with room temperature water.The dispenser has proved to be a big help for all those things. Meanwhile, if I want a glass of cold water, I learned about something; I discovered this stuff that’s there all the time in the freezer part of the fridge - ice.Really cool product (yep - pun).
