Lost some weight along with my bust. From a DD cup to a B/C cup(depending on seller). Ordered b/c size but didn't fit bras properly so ordered larger(c/d), fit perfectly. The seam is sewn and they are flexible. Ordering again to fit remaining bras.

I was unable to use these as they were hopelessly creased upon opening the package. Additionally they were quite thin. Not worth the $15 being charged.

I ended up ordering more and have replaced all the crappy cups in my regular and sports bras. These are very durable and hold their shape through the wash.

Most of my sports bras came with small, thinner pads that tumbled out in the dryer. It was a pain to find and insert them back in after each wash. These pads have stayed in my bras and only need readjusting which is less work than reinserting them. They offer added support and block my nipples from showing.

These are great inserts that are well made and have exactly the amount of padding I wanted. They fit well in my sports bras and are a great replacement for the thin foam inserts they came with.

So, my wife bought these and are liking them! I mean, I can't say I understand the whole 'push up' thing, but apparently these little triangle pads work pretty well for that. And they're not made of silicone, so they're more comfortable and lightweight than some other options out there. My wife was even able to customize the size for her sports bra by cutting them down a bit. Overall, these bra pads are a pretty decent option, I guess?

I put these in my sports bras and they do not stay put in the bra pockets. They are also too small for a size large bra even though I bought the biggest size.

Looks like the sizing is too small or narrow to merit a C/D cup (more of an A/B size). It is less than 6 inches wide when ideally it should be 8 inches to cover big busts. In fairness the seller did not misrepresent the measurements, I just bought it for stock because the ones I need are hard to come by.
