After struggling to make good joints as easily as I see people doing it in videos, dabbing on a little flux with these pens has revolutionized my soldering. I use them religiously now, and find them easier to use than flux in a tin (which dries out and hardens).

This is a bit challenging to use as it is so watery that it flows all over the board. I prefer flux that has a somewhat higher viscosity so that it stays where I put it. FIne, just fine.
