The connectors work, the crimper works, but just not with the wire that is supplied. It is almost impossible to get the crimped JST wire and crimped pin pushed into the connector if it is possible at all. I had no trouble using a smaller gauge wire however I had to order it separately.

This worked really well for me when upgrading my RC Rock Crawler. I utilized most all of the connector types and had great success with all of the components. Would definitley recommend for anyone that wants to build there own power or PWM cables for their rig!

The crimper has a nice heft to it. Solid. You know it can handle any crimping job you put it to. With ratcheting to get the desired crimp pressure and four complete sets of 25 each male and female connectors along with 50 pieces of heat shrink you'll be in business for a while. And it all comes in a compartmentalized plastic case that locks closed to prevent accidental spills. Highly recommend.

This kit has everything you need to make new cables for your servos, except a wire cutter and stripper.The crimper, rackets to the correct pressure so that every crimp is tight.The variety of pins and connecter bodies is perfect.I had to make cables for my robot servos and the price to buy them was more than this kit.Now, I can make as many as I need.I'm very glad I got this kit.I recommend this Crimper Kit.
