Only have to seals we're right in the kit propeller shaft seals were fine everything for the drive shaft and shifter housing does not fit

This seal kit was supposed to be a direct replacement kit for my 120 hp Johnson outboard HOWEVER IT DOES NOT CONTAIN ENOUGH OF THE CORRECT SEALS TO COMPLETELY REBUILD THE LOWER UNIT, it does have additional seals for other units just useless for me

The seals failed during the first trip on the water. The gear oil was lost and therefore this will cost me a complete rebuild.
