Perfect fit for my MIC Squier Strat. Got rid of the old, long screws. These, at 5mm, don’t show above the saddle at all.

Changing out the stock bridge screws for these 6mm screws was transformative! No more scraping my hand on the protruding bridge screws as I play.I was originally intending to just replace the screws on the Highway One Telecaster bridge I installed to replace the original bridge. I bought the 50 pack only because it had next day delivery - but I am glad I did! After changing the bridge screws on my Tele, I loved it so much that I changed out the bridge screws on 3 Strats as well.I found the easiest way to replace the screws was to leave the strings one and do it one screw at a time.-Loosen the string so there is no tension in it (it lays along the neck).-Then remove 1 of the screws of the loose string's bridge saddle. (With the string loose and 1 screw remaining in the string saddle to support it, you won't have to completely re-adjust the height of the saddle when you finish.)-When screwing in the new shorter screw, gently and lightly make the final twists of the Allen wrench so that you can sense when the screw has made contact with the bridge plate - this is when you want to stop turning the Allen wrench. It only has to make contact with the bridge plate to know that the screw is back in place and the saddle will be at the same height that you had it when you started.- Repeat the process for the other saddle screw, then tune the string back to pitch.-Repeat for the next stringWhen finished, very small adjustments to the bridge saddles may need to be made depending on how gently the saddle screws were screwed into the saddles. The 6mm size works great for me - I like my strings action as low as possible without buzz. If you have higher action or want/need more flexibility in heigh adjustment, you probably want to get the 8mm.

I paid $7.99 for 6 mixed sizes from some outlet in florida, only to find 50 of the exact size i needed for less. So I have some spares I guess.

I bought a used Strat with 10mm hight adj screws that stuck up out of the bridge. They were extremely uncomfortable, even painful on my hand. I swapped them out with these 6mm screws and it's nice and smooth now! Perfect fix for the issue! Check the pic...
