This hose smells so strong I'm afraid it's toxic. No joke, I've never smelled a chemical smell so strong. I've had it sitting outside for months to off gas and it still smells.

Works great for a gas line but even after a month it still smells so bad you can’t stand to be within 15 feet of it.

I needed a heavy duty fuel hose to extend to the gas tank in the front of my Jon boat, because the hose will be continuously exposed. This hose should last a long time in this situation.The only down thing I can say about the hose, is that it has a very pungent odor that has not subsided much in the five weeks that I have had it. But it is becoming less strong as time passes.

Probably good hose but it's really stiff, and hard to get on fittings. Also smells really strong like rubber. You will probably want to store it outside.

I usually don't waste time writing reviews, but felt I needed to for this. I wish I wouldn't have installed it, and am thinking about drain my tank and ripping it out. This stuff smells really bad, a cross between 1940's industrial grease and horse manure. You can smell it permeating from the closed garage door from 15ft away, spending more than a few minutes by it makes your clothes stink as well. Don't buy this, it genuinely smells horrible.
