Looks this product is good. But the thickness is only about 1 mm. That means it is very soft and not good for the bottom seal.

THIS ITEM ACTUALLY DOES HAVE 5/16 T's. HARDER TO INSTALL BUT DOES NOT POP OUT OF THE TRACK. MATCHED UP EXACTLY TO MY OLD SEAL.

Exactly as described. Ordered longer than needed. Was a little difficult to get both end to slide in at the same time. Best advice is to clean tracks a keep lubed.

Received product on schedule. Read reviews of install issues. They are kinda correct. So here is my hack that made this a breeze to install. I have a 16 foot door. Take the old seal and mount right off of the door. 2 screws each side where the bottom roller attaches and however many screws are holding it to the door. Lay channel on ground. Take a scratch awl and tap into both the ends where the channel is pinched to hold seal in. Remove old seal. A little brush to clean channel. Run 1 side of seal completely end to end. The other side start at one end and use a screen spline tool to push the rubber seal into the channel. I was amazed how quick and easy this work. Took like 20 minutes.

The round part of the seal was smaller than original but it slid in easily with 2 people. I used soapy water and cleaned the track prior to installing. I used a paint brush to clean the track. It was plenty long enough for my double car garage. I used a pair of scissors to cut the excess off both sides. The quality is a little less thick than the original but it seems to work. Will update in the future if problems occur.

Replaced our old worn out seals on the Wayne Dalton 24 year old shop doors. Had tried last week to get a different type seal that had the extra round rubber in the center…needless to say, the doors would come close to closing.Replaced with the seals that arrived today. Using my wife as a helper applying soap, the seals both went on in about 10 minutes each side!Made a very air tight seal with no light shining through on the bottom of the doors. Forced the doors down tight to close and will leave closed for couple of days while the seal stays in place. As in other reviews, apply soap as you push the seal into the grooves!

Very easy to install. Took longer to remove the old weather seal. Once old one was removed I cleaned track and sprayed with wd40 for easy installation.
