I order this belt last year for my MZ52 it fit fine and worked just fine. The belt is now slipping so now I am replacing it after about 50 hrs of service.

After trying a different product that claimed it fit my model and ended up being too small, I was skeptical when I bought this one. To my delight, the belt fits perfectly and my mower is back up and putting stripes in my grass!

Most certainly does not fit a Husky MZT52. Perhaps there are manufacturing differences in lengths but there is not a chance this fit on my 52" deck. Phill be returning and already found a different vendor that fits as expected.

Probably a 101 ways to install but the new belt will be much tighter than your old stretched out belt. I opted to pull the tensioner spring, installed belt, and there was no way I was going to get that spring back on (I think I will look for a spring puller for the next rodeo). The only thing I could come up with was to drive washers in between each one of the wires on the spring to stretch it out long enough to hook back in, worked like a charm along with a pole for leverage against the tensioner to keep the belt tight. Washers pulled out easy enough. Drank a cold one, shot the gun, mowed my lawn. ~Earl Dibbles Jr
