Missing parts, parts were damaged, bent and scratched. Could not put it together. Seller did not respond to requests for a shipping label. Stuck with it bc it’s too expensive to ship back

Was kind of hard to put the bottom together because like others have said, the screws are not long enough. Other than that it works good. It does shake a little but that's pretty normal

Rack is sturdy and fairly easy to put together. I use black zip ties to secure panels to each other. When I received the display rack one of the wheels was not the correct one for this model. I contacted the manufacturer and was sent the correct item. If I had to provide a negative comment it would be shipping time for replacement wheel. That being said, I did not open box upon receipt so it was my fault for waiting. I was able to use the display at an event without the wheels attached.

I like the product but I was sent 3 screw-in wheels that fit and one punch-in type wheel that does not fit.I sent notice to seller but got no reply. Still waiting. I need the 4 th wheel.

It arrived all scratched. It’s way too heavy for the packaging. The screws don’t line up nor are they long enough so hopefully they can correct it but I’ll probably just want my money back way too heavy to ship back as a return.
