These inexpensive gun socks are quality built and work great for protecting long guns and swords from most of those light handling dings and scratches.These gun socks fit just snug enough that they won't slide off accidentally - they need to be pulled off just like a sock does..There's just enough padding to prevent most accidental dings and nicks that happen whenever you move things around inside of a safe.The breathable nature of the fabric prevents the accumulation of condensation that will certainly lead to rust.Mine fit everything snug enough that there's no excessive bunching. And the "assorted colors" help differentiating one (similarly shaped) piece from another.The undeniable value of the "variety pack" allows you to keep a spare one in the vehicle, or available to a friend in need. They weight nearly nothing and they can be tucked away anywhere convenient.

Purchased to boxes of 6 gun socks. One box had 6 but the other only had 5. Amazon graciously refunded the price of one set.The gun socks are really nice and I will work well.

I bought this pack of gunsocks primarily to cover some shotguns and open sighted rifles. That done I had one sock left so thought I would see if it would fit over a scoped rifle. Surprisingly it did. These socks have a lot of stretch to them. Good value for the money

Good set of gun socks. I have more then I'll ever need at half the store price. Not as thick as the Allen socks but I'm ok with that.

Material is great for gun protection. Should not scratch, or mar gun finish. Great fit for extra long guns.
