I got a similar USB hub for our Model Y Performance, and this version fits the new Model 3 Highland Performance that I just picked up. It fits well and is reasonably well color-matched. The sliding magnetic cover feels pretty cheap like our Model Y version from another brand, but is functionally fine. My biggest complaint is that you can see the molding where the magnets are. Aside from that, it works fine. I have seen another version that actually sits below the sliding cover, so instead of having a cover built into the USB hub, you can just close your cupholder and console and the hub will be hidden underneath them. The one benefit of this one being higher is that if you have both of the sliding doors closed, the ports on this are still accessible. I count this as a must-have accessory four our Teslas though, for ease of access to ports and charge cables.

This center charging hub has a sleek cover that blends in well with the car’s center console which makes it barely noticeable. The retractable cords are built into the unit so after charging everything remains neat and seamless.

I've got a 2024 Tesla Model 3, so I have to be careful with the things I buy. The old stuff doesn't fit.This is perfect.With 2 retractable lightening cables, it's great for our phones. The retracts have stops on them so you can pull out as much as you want, then it clicks and stays pulled out. A short tug starts the rewind.Absolutely perfect operation.If they had a ½ star, I'd give it: There is a shield over the cables and the extra ports. It slides back to give you access to the cables and ports. It's a little sketchy. You have to be careful to pull it back evenly on both ends.Just a little whine, definitely not something to stop you from buying.I got this because we travel on occasion and I'd like to plug in my macbook and do a little work/browsing.This fits the bill.So, if you have a M3 Highland. This works great.

Overall very happy with my purchase, and my only negative feedback is that the rubber protector piece(s) are coming loose. I am referring to the connection side as I am literally able to pull it down and expose the cable. =/
