It has opposite polarity to most other fishing magnets and can be difficult if you get it next to another one I needed a come along to separate them

It is not the magnets fault by any means I thought it was a bit bigger but it still does what I wanted it to do. I’ve had it for a few months still and use it often and it still works like new every time.

So this magnet is actually very strong. I hooked it to my 3 ton floor jack and was able to lift it. I hooked it on a thick piece of plate steel and had to use a pry bar to get it off!

Rope is the cheap kind that reminds me of old school clothes line. Holds it’s wrapped up shape from delivery which tangles easily when using and for storing. Magnet seems strong though have not yielded any good finds. No fault of the product.

Very powerful magnet. On the first day using it my son pulled a man hole lid up from the bottom of the pond. The next day he went back and was able to find two more man hole covers in the same pond!
