The height adjustment and rotating button allowed it to easily shape the tool precisely to the dent, and the soft rubber base ensured that there was no paint damage. The hot glue gun itself also heats up quickly, and the glue sticks are very powerful. The tools are easy to use, and they really do the job. The dent puller works great. I used it on a few small dents on my car, and it pulled them out with no issue.
