Comes together pretty easily if you take your time and don’t rush. Instructions are on point! Very nice for the price. The glossy doors are covered with protective plastic. Don’t remove it until you’re completely done assembling the unit.

I moved into a new home that is severely lacking in kitchen storage. I searched for a cabinet / credenza that would appear as "built-in" in my dining area, and this really worked! I'm very pleased with this purchase. For perspective, in my 2nd photo, please note that it holds my HUGE cast iron skillet and a VERY LARGE walnut salad bowl.The added benefit of having the electrical outlets and the LED lighting feature (great for parties, because it can be set to many colors and modes) is something I didn't realize I would enjoy. I will eventually place a lamp on top, but this could also be used as a coffee bar with a coffee machine or liquor bar with a blender.I have assembled MANY pieces of furniture over the years, for others and myself. I would describe this assembly as slightly difficult, due to how much time I had to spend upside-down, laying on the floor to access the interior cam bolt locks afterthe top was added. Also, hanging the doors was a pain in the a** because they really never do space precisely evenly. It requires a lot of adjusting and tweaking the 4 doors back and forth by centimeters, just to get it to have the illusion of being evenly hung. For that reason, I really could have taken off a star, but I'm more pleased overall than not, so I gave it 5.For reference, I am a 60 year old woman and very good with tools and following instructions. There were a couple of steps that required 2 people, but I didn't find that necessary. But before I hung the doors, I made sure the assembled cabinet was in place, because I knew it was gonna be heavy!The front doors are packed with a protective film. After everything is assembled, remove film to reveal the "polished" surface.
