Fit right into my 98 Silverado and works fine. We'll see if it lasts, but so far so good.

Purchase November 1 and as of today, December 4th the unit will not shut off keeps blowing so now I’m out the money for the unit and now I guess I have to get a new one will not get from them will try someone else

Works great fixed my heat and ac problem would have gave 5 stars but the bulbs for the lights aren’t the same as factory and I had after market blue bulbs in my factory one so stuck with the stock colors but other than that product works perfectly

My original vent Control still works fine, but the knobs are starting to show wear after 20+ years and 200,000 miles. This replacement looks identical, but has the rear defroster button, which was only used on Tahoe and suburban. The rest of this works fine in a truck. You just don’t have a hook up for the rear defrost. The knobs fuel and function similar to the original, but make more noise when turned. Of course, with time will tell how long this holds up, but judging from the appearance, it looks like a very good replacement.

I ordered this unit so that I can replace the HVAC control in my 1999 Suburban which is starting to get flakey. This unit looks well made. Since I have not yet installed it, I can't vouch for its functionality, but it looks well made and looks like it will fit fine. I noticed that turning the control knobs results in what sounds like a soft ratcheting or clicking sound, where turning the knobs on the original part is nice and smooth. This unit does have the rear window defrost button on it, which is needed for the Suburban. I expect that this unit will work fine. If it doesn't, I'll come back and edit this review. So far I'm pretty impressed with this aftermarket part.
