The pots are beautiful pastel plastic pots. They are a medium thick plastic. I am using them as herb planters on the front porch ledge. They are plenty deep for plants. They have drainage holes you need to punch out and it includes the drip plates. I have no idea how many seasons I'll be able to use them but for now they are adorable and perfect for my needs!

Added these planters to my gardening this year. I love the colors, the included drip trays and the possibility of using this for hydroponics or punching out the holes for normal plants. I will say punching out the holes with a sharp pair of scissors took some work to get done and 1 of the holes cracked past the intended hole when I finally got it to puncture through. These planters stain very easily too, you will notice stains on your drip trays and outside the planter if you are not working with clean hands. These are a nice long shape which makes it perfect to be placed at a windowsill.

I am going to use these wonderful planters for my strawberry plants. These planters are well-made with quality plastic. They are perfect for indoor and outdoor. The design is great because it can be used for hydroponics, which I might try it. Each planter has a matching base; very esthetic. I also love the colors that are fresh and fun. Excellent product!

I chose these planters to use for microgreen growing in dirt. They work great because I use the tray as a stopper inside the planter itself, then fill to the upper edge with potting soil. I don't drill out the drainage holes at the bottom because I want that water reservoir under the lid beneath the soil to retain water. I then sprinkle my seeds and the rest is taken over by Mother Nature. The planters are sturdy and the colors are beautiful. Highly recommended, especially for Amazon's low listed selling price.

These are very durable and colorful planters great for windowsill herb gardens or for the patio. The plastic is very thick and not flexible, so cracking should not be an issue unless maybe you dropped it. I like that there are drainage holes that have not yet been punched out and that the water trays are also included. So, right out of the box if you wanted, you could use them as is for plants like succulents that wouldn't require a lot of water and you wouldn't have to use the tray if you didn't want to or if it takes up too much space. The pastel colors are fun for spring. Not a bad price for 5 planters either. You'd paid at least half that much for one at a garden store, if not more. Would recommend. Would buy again.

I received these and was surprised at the quality. The pots and trays are a firm plastic. The color is uniform and complimentary of each other. The bottom has punch out drain holes, but I had a hard time with making these. Since the bottom was no flat, I added peat moss so no need for holes. I believe for the quality and the number you receive, the planters are reasonably priced.

The window sill planters come in cute pastell colors. The plastic material is very sturdy with no sharp edges. The holes for drainage are marked but not drilled. One has to do it before potting the plants. I followed the description and tried to open the drainage holes with sturdy scissors - it works good if you don't have a drill on hand. I drilled a few more holes in it to have better drainage, because I think four is not enough.The trays are well made, too. They don't collect much water though because the rim is not too high.Overall this is a very nice set of planters at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
