Do what they're meant to. One has about 5 hours on it with a load that weighs about 16oz/½kg and so far it's still running flawlessly. 2mm shaft appears concentric although it's beyond my capabilities to confirm this with precision. Will buy if I need more.

I'm a retired electronics technician. I keep myself busy, among other things, as I'm also a woodworker, by designing and building small electronic projects here on the electronics bench I've built. These motors are not all that powerful, but they were not designed to be. What you get for about $1.75 each is a small motor that will spin with down to about .5V, although with very little torque, all the way to well over 6V. For a test, I ran them all the way up to 12V. For short periods, if you need that kind of speed, they will probably be fine. I have not tested it, but I would assume if you run more than 6 volts through it for long periods of time they will probably burn out eventually.
