Modifying a resnor shop heater and needed to slow the fan. These worked great. Used 3 in series to get 6ohms. Mounted on the fan grill to keep cool.

My truck ('17 Colorado) has double turn lights per side in the back that pig tail from the same wire so this made it possible to install one per side (2 total) vs one per light (4 total) they work as they should.Only 4 stars because they dont come with a wire already attached like all the others do, kinda lazy if you ask me. Im good with a soldering iron so i attached a wire myself, no big deal, but found if you take too long to tin the leads the insulation will melt and the post will rotate. Not sure if they killed the resistor i ended up just setting that one aside as an extra but still bugged me.

Used these to fix the hyper flash and error message on my Silverado dash when I installed the led taillights. Came fast, only been a few days but are working great.

Bought these to get rid of my hyper flash issue when the turn signal is on. I had upgraded my tail lamps on my 2016 Chevy Silverado to the Ltz Oem led tail lamps. Old incandescent bulbs measured 2.3 ohms when I took them out, but it the 100w 3 ohm resistor worked for me, got rid of the bulb failure warning too. Just connect one end to the turn signal circuit and the other end to the ground and boom, done. Just be sure to seal real well if you’re cutting and splicing to keep corrosion out

Liked it? More like lived it! Geeez whats with all the questions? Great product that i plan on buying more of. Top that with a smiling and polite delivery driver that was early might i add snd it doesnt get better than that.
