Not on value. Of the 10 68ufd caps, 6 caps were 62 ufd 4 were 54 ufd. I used 4 cap testers to test them. In my 40 years of electronics work electrolytic caps always test a little OVER value. These aren't good.

Bought these to replace bad capacitor on power supply. Replaced capacitor, solder some loose wires and power supply was as good as new.
