Works for low voltage LED lights. Terminal screws grab bare wire or wire terminated with fork style connectors. Terminals resist corrosion.

I ordered these in hopes they would fit into a standard single switch or outlet box. Over the years, I’ve had occasion to add some wiring to existing circuits (think several ceiling fans, etc). These terminal blocks can hold two wires securely under each screw, has a plastic cover, and can fit into a single box and be covered. I recommend them.

The set is pretty good for the price. But I'm concerned that the plastic will crack or break if subjected to abuse or too much vibration in an automotive application like mine. The clear plastic cover holds on -- for now. I fear it will become loose with use in a vehicle and be subject to shorts if something drops across the connections. It should be fine in a stationary application.Like others have said, you'll need to provide your own jumpers to use it as an actual terminal block. The blocks are separate, in parallel.I got the "5 Pcs 3 Positions Dual Rows 600V 45A" terminal block set.

I build a lot of a process control devices so understandably, a lot of terminal blocks/barrier strips are involved. These blocks are manufactured from a decent quality plastic and are not brittle. A #6~#8 fastener can be used on either end to secure them - the clear protective cover snaps into the same holes that accommodate the mounting hardware. There is also enough flat area on the bottom of these that I was able to use VHB tape to mount them inside a sealed enclosure (no screw holes allowed)The clear covers have numbers over each position in the block for reference. I used printed labels to mark the covers/terminal positions without any issues. You can use any fork or ring terminal (#6~#10) on the clamping screws/pads. Bare wire up to about 14 awg can be used as well. These work very well for my uses and are a great value at the price point. As there are several sizes available, a person could conceivably find all their needs for terminal blocks in one single order!Highly recommended for medium voltage & low voltage applications where high amperage is not being routed. Two thumbs up...get you some!

Was getting Aerexier 3 Positions Dual Rows 600V 45A Screw Wire Terminal Blocks (TB-4503L, qty. 5) an overkill for my use case? Probably. I'm setting up Z-wave in my current house, and it can be a pain to establish the coverage necessary to make the mesh network reliable. I'm used a couple of the terminal blocks to make a pairing "station" on my workbench. Z-wave devices, and particularly those with many sub-devices, can take some time to pair, so it's convenient to set up the device close to my home automation hub, and then just install it wherever I need it. So, the terminal block just has neutral and ground wired to it from a power cord, and hot coming through a single throw switch. The setup works great, and the mounting holes are super convenient. The cover is also a great safety feature, though it lacks the "comb" that you sometimes get in front of the conductors. At under $3 per block, this is a good deal for what you get. Recommended

These terminal strips seem sturdy enough for most applications. The individual metal strips are heavy enough to carry more current than I'll ever need. I like the snap on numbered clear plastic terminal cover. The black plastic PVC body is slightly flexible and the walls average about 1mm thick.Electrical: As shown, these strips provide a excellent electrical connection.Minor issues: The removable clear covers are a bit scratched up, so they wouldn’t be my first choice for a display piece, but this is an esthetic issue and in no way affects their electrical functionality (these photos were taken after wiping down these areas.) Also, the screws can be completely removed from the terminal strips. Not all terminal strips will allow this, at least not easily. These are decent devices and I can recommend them.

Ok, when I got this, I thought it was a dual row, not physically, but electrically. IE that the two rows were connected and with zero resistance. Actually, you are getting 3 different circuits, two connections a piece which is not what I was expecting, I was hoping to just this as a junction block. I can still use this as I am constantly doing wiring projects, and for five pieces, it's a great price if this is electrically what you. are looking for.A few notes, it has a plastic cover that snaps in place, and if you flip it its exposed, which doesn't make it ideal for use in areas where you may have to deal with moisture. Two of my terminals where stamped "1", vs 1, 2, 3( see picture).
