304 SS is slightly magnetic due to Iron content that make it rust but nickel and chrome make it rust resistant. The material is workable, so I easily made a loop at the top and threaded the bottom at 3mm and it came out perfect. The humming bird feeder looks so nice but the plastic fades and tend to get brittle.

They are okay quality but will be bent due to poor packaging. mine were delivered bent almost half way and most were not useable. They came in just an envelope with no protection.
