We've been using the first grinding disc daily for the last 8 days since we received it and it's just as good as the first day we started using it. I'm sure this five pack will last us several months. It's a nice, tight fit and you can't beat the price compared to big box stores. The cutting is precise with no evidence of chipping on the tile or concrete that we just finished. I would definitely recommend

These cut bricks and leave a nice flat surface without chipping edges or corners. They fit my grinder and run with no vibrations indicating they're well balanced.

I tried using these wheels both dry and wet. When used dry, they generated a lot of heat at the cutline, turning it bright orange with sparks coming off. I tried it on tile, concrete and refractory brick. The dry cut was very slow, and left black marks on the material (see photo).Using the wheel with water, however, was a different story. The wheel cut like butter through the ceramic and concrete. All is takes is a little trickle of water from a hose or squirt bottle. This made a world of difference.I can recommend these wheels if you are cutting with water present, but they are very inefficient when trying to do dry cutting with them.

The diamond saw blades performed well when dry cutting through brick or masonry pavers. With the smaller 4 1/2 inch blades, the cut depth is limited to a little over one inch. This meant that it was necessary to cut both sides of the pavers (which were around 2" thick). The cut surface was smooth enough for fitting pavers together with a small gap, significantly better than I have achieved with a masonry chisel in the past. Dry cutting does produce a lot of dust, so recommend using a shop vacuum and a mask. The thinner blades help by requiring less material to be removed during the cut. The surface paint wears off quickly, but the diamond blades hold up through a lot of cuts.

These are pretty decent for the pricing. They cut through stone and pavers nicely with the diamond blade, and they fit snuggly onto my angle grinder. The cut quality is nice and smooth. Only downside is the blades seem to dull out before much use. So I guess there is a trade-off for the price. If you're doing a lot of cutting of thicker pieces, it might wear down a lot quicker, so I guess it depends on the project you're working on.
