I started a medication where I needed to have a disposable sharps container to use at home. It is easy to use and put your device inside the container. There is a box that comes with it. I’m just keeping the container in the box. That box can be mailed back to the company, which is part of your purchase price for mailing so that it can be disposed of properly when filled. I thought it was a bit pricey, but considering how convenient it is, it is worth it. Plus, the container is very sturdy. And I don’t have to mess with postage and weighing the box when I return it.

This product and the box says 5 quart but is red container says 5.4 quart and does not fit standard 5 quart wall units. I ordered before we needed them and now cant return them a month later when I opened the box and tried to change the containers,

I couldn’t figure out how to work the lid so that the needles could slip directly in - so I had to tear the lid off and use it without one but now it’s more possible that the needles will fly to the ground instead of into the box.

This was my second order of this sharps container from Amazon. Same exact seller. This container is a different shape and brand then the one I purchased earlier. The plastic bag enclosed to be used for send back, is too small for the sharps container to fit it. This company has no consistency in brand or quality control.

This is the way to go. For those hypo pens n syringes. Remember the inner box is the mail back box. Most places fine people who toss biohazard stuff in the trash. Those fines an be up to 1 K.

This is a good, durable sharps container, and it has the convenient feature of including a return shipping container with a prepaid shipping label for disposal - that's why the price is ~$40 + ~$20 = approximately $60 for a 5.4 quart capacity container. This combination fits my needs quite well, but it won't be suitable for everyone.
