I got this to use with a mini humidifier. One thing I don’t like very much is when you slide the micro usb over the other usb it leaves a gap and some metal exposed in between them. It fits tightly but I wish it would completely go over the metal part of the other usb. Maybe that is the way these always are, I’m not sure, but it makes me nervous to leave it plugged in all night in my son’s room. I do like that it comes with a plug so you don’t have to buy that separately from the cord.Since I am not sure if a metal gap between the usbs is safe, I will definitely use it during the day for now so I can keep an eye on it. My husband thinks it is safe, and it's been fine so far, so likely it is, but I still wish the micro usb fit entirely over the other usb.
