I wanted these for shaping fillings for lumpias/egg rolls/ spring rolls. The molded shapes fit in standard spring roll or egg roll wrappers for rolling up.

I use my grinder with the sausage attachment to place the meat in each lane, I bake it covered the first 10 min then uncovered
