Missing hardware with this order. Called support and was told I could return the item but that was the option. I advised that was not possible as I had already spent the day putting the dresser together and I would not be dissembling it and packing it up to return it. Support advised there’s nothing to be done though.The product itself is cute and sturdy but I can’t use it because I can’t install the last drawer. I spent all day putting it together (approx 6 hours) but I put it together myself. Step 12 is incorrect in the instructions. .I wouldn’t buy it again based solely off how support handled the missing hardware issue. I was able to make it work but I had to purchase new drawer slides as I preferred that over the return option. If you do purchase make sure you check all the pieces before you start assembling. . Seriously

Sort of misleading. It is not solid wood at all. It has veneers. It is way overly complicated to put together, to an absurd degree. Minus the drawer you’d think it would be less than 10 pieces of wood to connect but there are way more probably 50. I had to go buy an electric screw driver because there are like 500 screws to screw into the manufactured wood. I think it will be cute when it is done and I will likely keep it. But if I had known the complexity I would have passed and found some solid wood that was more expensive. I should be done putting it together today (fingers crossed) and I imagine it will be satisfactory in the end. But certainly not ideal. Probably good for the price if you have the time and energy to put it together. I imagine it would take 5 hours to assemble. It also requires two people to put it together. It is taking me longer to assemble because I had to go buy the electric screwdriver and that will hopefully speed things up considerably. But if I had that to start I think I would be done by now.

Assembly took me around 3.5 hours by myself. On step 12 it tells you to use part DL but you need to use CL I believe. I’m a little disappointed I thought the drawers would have a little more room than they do. It does look nice and seems to be good quality.

This product had multiple things wrong with it. For one, step 12 in the instruction manual is incorrect, I followed the manual like it stated and screwed in the wrong piece three times. I didn’t notice until I was almost done and had to go back and try to fix it. Even then, all of the drawers jam. Don’t waste your money on this product. Seven hours of my life and money wasted.

I put the whole dresser together and come to find out…. The drawer doesn’t even fit the slot 🤦🏽♀️I’ve tried with each one of them to see if it’ll fit and nope, not one. Here’s an image for proof.
