They feel a little soft and kinda cheap. If you are trying to hold onto something thought they tend to shift a little bit. The magnets in them aren’t very strong and they will slide back and forth.

Pads are decent quality. Magnets could be stronger or better positioned to keep them more stable on the vice, but not a major issue.
