The panel is as described. It is durable, shapes easily, and is attractive. My only complaint is that the plastic is not opaque. You can see some of the background that the panel is mounted upon.

This piece of ABS was perfect for my needs and looked great minus some slight imperfections on the cut edges. Would recommend purchasing if you need a sturdy piece of ABS

I've found that this material cuts very cleanly on a band saw, and I was able to drill and tap holes for 4-40 machine screws very easily. I build all sorts and am starting to build mechanisms for cars, and I kept hearing about this material and thought i would give it ago, This material works beautifully, is light in weight, and is much more affordable better than Alloy.

Quality product, was packaged safely and not scratched upon arrival. I was able to use a simple jig saw to cut dashboards for a dual console boat, to include curved edges, without issue. The edges came out smooth.

Review for 48" x 24" x 1/2" HDPE Plastic Sheet, High Density Polyethylene Sheet Cutting Board White Solid Block, [for DIY, Home Floor].I've actually been stalking this listing to see when a smaller size would be restocked for this product.I got the larger sheet, and I was happy with it.The edges did arrive chipped, but those can be sanded smooth again. The rest of the sheet arrived without any damage.I wanted to make my own embroidery hooping station from this board, so I got the largest size to cut it down into several smaller shaped boards. This material cuts and drills well. I suggest taping the edges while cutting for a smoother cut. Use a very fine tooth saw blade. Treat this like you are cutting a Formica top.Do wear a protective mask when cutting or drilling or sanding this material, as the dust isn't good for your lungs.The 1/2" thick sheet is opaque. You can't see through it.
