I am chuckling reading some of these reviews. When I first got them, I too thought they were cloudy, no there is protecting film on both sides. Once you remove the film they are clear as day. They are easy to engrave, however, be warned the measurements provided are not accurate. The diameter is more like 1.6 inches not 2 and 3mm thick not 1. Just a heads up if your machine needs these details. They are a little flexible, but I imagine that is more related to the thickness and not quality. Assuming youre using it on a glass that is not too think I cant imagine them breaking that easily. However, I have not had my event yet, just engraved them.

I use my cricut to engrave them and it works perfect. Taking the protective film off both sides is really annoying but glad they’re there so they aren’t all scratched up. One or two came defective but overall they work great.

These are really cute. I ordered the clear hearts. I got them in and I immediately noticed they are frosted. I was like..hmm, I thought I ordered clear. After thinking about it for a few minutes I remembered seeing another site that sold these state they had frosted coverings that peel back from the clear acrylic. Sure enough, I peeled both sides of the heart and now they are perfect. I dislike that I have to do this with the entire box. Not fun! Picture shows the clear and frosted look. Maybe I can leave have frosted and half clear. We shall see.

The heart shape is really cute but all of the hearts showed up cloudy and covered in fingerprints. I tried to wash the cloudiness away and it didn't help. And some of the plastic that is layered over the acrylic is warped and wrinkled.
