I love the foam pads and the hook and latch material works great. The only issue is that the holes are not aligned to my sander completely

In this set, you get 10 foam sanding pads and 50 sheets of sanding paper. The foam pads are pretty good, but a little too soft for my preference. I like something just a little bit firmer. The sanding sheets are good and adhere well enough, and the grit is printed on the back. What I'm not as much a fan of is they don't have the replaceable tips. Many have a little diamond shape you can tear out and replace with spares that are included, because you tend to wear those out more quickly. The reason being you point the tip to get in tough to reach areas. With these, it's more intended for larger flat surface areas, because if you wear out the tip and need a fresh one, you have to replace the entire sheet. So overall, it's a good set, I just wanted to point out a couple points that might affect your purchase.
