I had to practice placement a bit because these precut tape strips are very stretchy but once it’s on it stays on. I do recommend to prep the area with rubbing alcohol for the longest lasting hold , especially when it’s muggy .The pre cut strips make the work a little faster and definitely easier . These are great to have around especially in the summer when clothes get tighter and shorter.Love handles?What love handles ? I don’t see any …Back bulge ?Flappy inner thighs? … not me .
