The quality and workmanship is just not here. Thread ripped out after the third day of plowing with it and of course it’s a week or two past return date

I’ve broken cables, synthetic rope, I was losing my mind with repairs. Searching for a better solution, I found this strap, and it’s finally been the solution I’ve been looking for. I’ve put it through several snow storms now, and it’s still holding up great!

It broke the second time we plowed and less than a month after buying it. We have just bought an identical replacement in the hopes that it was a one-off defective product. Hopefully the seller sees this and our new order and honors the warranty.

I have a mini truck that I use to plow snow with. It uses a winch-controlled plow. However, due to the constant up-and-down motion, I usually burn through at least one synthetic winch rope every winter. Replacing the winch rope in the middle of winter or during a snowstorm is no fun. I have tried different solutions to make my winch cables last longer but they did not work out well. The main problem is that the winch rope only goes in and out a few feet when using my plow. As a result, all the pressure and weight of the plow is concentrated on one small area leading to the excess spooled-up winch rope getting smushed. The smushed area flattens out from rope burn and eventually breaks. This plow winch strap has been the perfect solution to this problem. This strap installs just like a winch rope, but it is a little easier to install since you don't have to worry about keeping lots of tension on the strap. The shorter strap also gives you more control over the raising and lowering of the plow. The only downside is that if you use your winch for more than just plowing, you may need to switch back to a winch rope.I plan to use this strap for the winter months and then switch over to a 50' synthetic rope for off-roading in the summer. Overall, I am happy with how well the plow winch strap works.
