How to use the lunch container?
Before pouring hot food, please pour hot water for 1-2 minutes to preheat. Before filling cold food, please pour cold water for 1-2 minutes to pre-cool.

I'll get the negatives out of the way, this doesnt keep your food hot for very long. You may get a couple of hours of genuinely hot food, but it falls off not long after that. But if you're able to plan your day out well, you could have a hot meal in the nicest looking lunch bag.Even if you're meal is just lukewarm, your vanity will thank you. Because not only is the container beautiful, you still get to pull out your main course and sides separately, making people believe you have your life together.It's also simple to maintain, as hand washing it is simple enough, with the stainless steel construction, I've even put it in the top rack of my dishwasher a few times (but not many times).We've even used it as a nice little picnic item, loading sides and veggies to keep warm until we were ready. It really is a simple, but cool item to have.

I cannot express just how impressed I am with this product! Not only is it gorgeous and sleek but it is also clever, compact, well made and functional.The insulated bag has a simple but elegant design with two different straps for carrying, the adjustable nylon shoulder strap and the hand held canvas and nylon hand strap on top. Both straps appear to be secure and well stitched onto the bag. The bag, with thermos inserted, does lean slightly forward when holding it by the shoulder strap, however given the leak proof design, I do not foresee this being a major concern. My only concern is that the hooks of the shoulder strap are made of plastic and seem to be not as strong as I would think they might need to be given the weight of the thermos especially when filled. I do hope the hooks last and do not break over time. I really appreciate the pocket on the front side of the bag as it can be used for carrying utensils and other small items needed.The thermos itself is a gorgeous dark green color with a nice weight to it and a comfortable carrying handle. The lid is easy to twist off as are the lids of the other three stackable containers. All containers appear to be well made, stack nicely, and fit well within the thermos. The benito boxes are nicely sized, not too small or large. The containers did not leak with use and they all maintained the appropriate temperatures for more than an adequate amount of time. I do think it is important to note and follow the instructions prior to use so that the thermos and benito boxes will properly maintain the cold/warm temperatures for longer periods of time.I think the price of this item is more than reasonable given all the included components and the craftmanship of the product itself. I am highly impressed with this product and look forward to using it frequently for years to come!

I can’t say enough good about this lunch bag set. It is a genuinely well thought out ensemble. As someone who has used these types of lunch kits for many years, I can honestly say this is the best I have personally ever seen, especially at this price point.Everything stores in a nice insulated thermal bag. Inside you’ll find the stainless steel thermos with a folding form-fitting handle that allows it to easily fit inside the insulated bag. The lid to the thermos screws on securely and has a high quality silicon seal to keep everything air tight.Inside are three stacked stainless steel wide-mouth bento boxes, 2 x 15 ounces and 1 x 20 ounces. Removing them from the thermos is made easy by the design of the lid which allows secure gripping to pull them out. Each has its own securely sealing lid to keep food items fresh and hot/cold and to prevent spilling.Placing the bento boxes back inside the thermos is also easy and painless. Just hold it by the lid and drop it in. It won’t fall quickly and make noise because the fit is so snug that the air inside escapes slowly around it as it slides smoothly and slowly into place.Whether using this for a very nice personal lunch for one or two, it can also be used on road trips to hold snacks, soups or other food items without worrying about spoilage. It will keep them fresh quite well.I definitely like this product and offer that it is an excellent buy.

I will only mention 3 points, it is very delicate (too much), I have only used it for 1 day and it has those marks, it has not fallen on me, I always used it in its cover, I do not know why that happened. I am not sure if I did not close the inside containers enough but I tried it with soup and part of the soup was outside the containers, finally I think it really fulfills its main function of keeping the food hot, it felt almost as if I had taken it out of the pot, for that reason alone I give it 4 stars.

My wife talked me into this as a solution to not taking her Tupperware to work with me in my lunch bag for reheatable food. This is set up is nice looking, sturdy and well built...but the cons...the bowls are a single layer of steel. So when haot food goes in, the whole bowl gets hot. I put fresh home made turkey noodle soup in the large bowl and when I picked it up to put lid on, the bowl was too hot to touch, literally. I put lid on tight and placed it in the carrier. I work 11 hour shifts, 8 hrs in, the bowl was just tepid-barely warm-and as it is in a metal bowl I could not re heat it. also, there was leakage from the broth in the bottom of the carrier. I think this would be more suited to picnics, or regular type breaks at 4 hrs or so to stay warm. I work in a vehicle so am on road more than at office which was the thought on this, having fresh and warm food while on the road...A;lsao, for vehicle use, the carrier is not stable on car seat. The leakage I mentioned, due to the heat level at the time, I may not have secured lit as tight as i thought, but it thought it was on tight.
