Customer service was awesome! They helped me solve a problem as I had ordered an incompatible machine. Their response time was very fast and I received the new shipment within just one day!Make sure you purchase a machine that is compatible with the recycling net! In combination with this machine, the recycling net was perfect to use as a station in my elementary PE classes. We used the balls that come with the machine. Students took turns hitting the ball into the net and LOVED it. It shoots the balls out with just enough speed and trajectory for their level and ability. The recycling net really makes this machine a great teaching tool as it allows continuous play! If I couldn't buy the recycling net with this machine, I would only buy the net and place a bucket under the net where the balls fall through the funnel. On its own, the machine would be useless in my opinion. Great product!!!

Pretty good! This was good for both my son and my daughter. My daughter is in youth softball and my son is in the little league. This did not come fully assembled. The box was actually ripped to bits from shipping but it did not come damaged at all which is a plus. This was easy to put together. It works very well out in the field. This is battery operated. Keep in mind this is not professional quality. We used this for extra practice on a budget. It is mostly a toy but it is still useful for getting better or learning the basics. I would recommend it!

~~Pros~~- It really lobs the balls up nicely- It lobs then at two settings, one normal and one high- I can easily run this off a simple battery generator~~Cons~~- I wish it had a rechargeable battery pack instead of using an outlet or D batteries- It really needs a carrying bagThis is super awesome! I have a perfect fence to hit these pitches against to practice my swing. I am very impressed. The balls are a bit lightweight, but I got this to perfect my swing, so that's not a concern for me.-----Diamond's Star Rating System (What do my star ratings mean?):1 STAR - Completely unusable, would request a refund2 STAR - Meets minimum viable product requirements, wouldn't purchase it again3 STAR - It does what it should, but in a non-spectacular way, I may recommend it, but definitely with reservations4 STAR - I like it. It is solid quality and delivers as advertised, I would purchase it again and recommend it to a friend5 STAR - I love it. It meets or exceeds all of my expectations and is high quality, I would purchase it again and would openly promote it to friends
