This is an ok set of drum keys. They fit drum lugs very well and the size is good.The fit and finish are not stellar. The machining at the "top" seems a bit rough.A bit more "deburring" would help and the chrome is shedding little chrome flakes.They're fine dimensionally, but the little chrome flakes get everywhere.

These will do the job of tightening drum lugs--they fit securely on the head of standard lugs, and a 6-pack is handy in a school setting as drum keys to go to the land of lost socks, guitar picks, and my students' homework!They are compact enough to fit in your pocket (I drill a hole in the handles and put them on keyrings so all my drummers have one). They don't give a lot of leverage, and the edges of the handles are on the rough side, so I would NOT recommend these for high-tension marching snare heads (I tend to prefer a much bigger drum key for more leverage on marching heads, but the rough edges on the "wings" make the issue worse).
