I had to cut and nail the sides of the “basket” to the pool table to install so the balls trajectory was not changed due to the side walls sticking out. Now that I have it works great. If you are not handy, be aware that these are not a universal fit. The small nails I used did not come with these billiard pockets. I only needed 1 but it came in a set of 6. Stored for future, hope I remember where I put them. They shipped quickly and the thickness/ quality is great.
