I ordered both this and a MASTER DEPOT double row segmented grinding wheel.I chucked this grinding wheel into a light weight Black and Decker angle grinder/sander. I found this this blade to be less aggressive than the segmented wheel. By that, I mean that this type of wheel was well suited to grinding slate to its final shape to get it ready for a final finish. I could round off a square edge without chips flying off of the stone. It worked well at grinding down a poured concrete wall, but not as well as the double row segmented wheel did.I will reserve this for the rough grinding of appearance pieces. It is less likely to likely to chip the edges and leaves a nice surface to be dressed and polished. If you needed to buy just one blade to do everything, this would be my choice.I gave it 5 stars because it worked well even with my anemic grinder.
