The materials seem to be good quality. All pieces are there. They don’t send any instructions, just two diagrams. There are several bolts and spacers and without instructions it is pure trial and error to get it out together. You actually have to remove a couple parts from your bike to get it to work, at least that’s what I did to get it to fit.DO NOT BUY until they provide some instructions.
