I have a 45 gallon and it’s tall, these tools aren’t as long as I’d like for them to be but they are good quality.

Love these tools when I'm doing aquascaping or just a maintenance cut in my aquarium because I can do everything without getting my hands wet.The only thing I'd mention is that the scissors/trimming tool is a little shorter than the other tools in the set and since you'll have your fingers through the holes as well, you may find the need to dip your hand into the top of your tank, especially if you're trimming moss very short to the substrate or something. From my research these are still the longest scissors available as part of a tool set on Amazon, so you'd have an even worse problem with any other set available.
