I got the HDURCIR Silica Gel for flower drying so so that I can make floral arrangements in resin. It comes with a handy, highly convenient container!It is very easy to use, and it did a terrific job. The price is comparable to other brands.As you can see in the photos, the colors remain true, intense and vibrant.After carefully removing my flowers, I sifted it into another container to remove any leaf matter or petals that did not stay whole. Definitely wear gloves, glasses and a mask while working with it!!

This was the last of the 3 silica gel I recently tried out. This silica gel (3 Pounds Color Indicating Premium Silica Gel Flower Drying Crystals Desiccant) has similar fine grain, perhaps just slightly bigger but still I would consider it fine. This one also had the most color changing beads out of the 3. I didn't find it as dusty as the first one that had the finest sand and the least color changing beads. This one came in a resealable container to use for drying the flowers, however this was the messiest out of the 3. The bag was very full and really filled the entire container up, it's a bag inside the container but sand leaked out of the bag and was partially inside the container. It just made for a messier experience as the outside of the bag had silica gel stuck to it all over.What I did notice was that this silica gel left my roses a bit more vibrant in color compared to the other ones. They all were overdried by accident, I left them in well over 2 weeks which is too long. Even the white/cream color had less darkening from the drying using this brand. Most of the petals fell off since it was too dry but that may be more of user error than the fault of the product.In the photo of the tray, brand 1 was top left, brand 2 was top right, and this brand is the bottom. Pulled from the same batch of roses and dried in the same way for the same amount of time. I think even though this was the most messy as far as the bag used to store this item, it yielded the better results. I'll just transfer the sand to take out plastic container so it's not so messy moving forward.I think what I've learned is that they all work pretty much similar and the results are similar with this one edged it out slightly in the color. Now, if I didn't have 3 to compare, I wouldn't know there is a very slight difference. This was fun to do and I plan on drying more garden flowers this summer! I'm glad I was able to get this to try out.

Exactly what it's supposed to be. I'm using this to keep the contents of a safe dry. It's a lot more desiccant than is really needed for that, but just lasts longer than the smaller containers I've used before. When it's saturated, it's easy to tell, and a short time in the oven gets it dry again.

All the desiccant arrived inside of a sealed plastic container. The beads are incredibly small with most of them being similar in size to sand. This makes it difficult for me to use in containers with holes so I've had to use a container that is enclosed on all sides with an open top. This also means I have to be extra careful not to spill the beads.

Works well, it dried my lei pretty well. Colors were preserved and vibrant no smell and it has right amount on the container

Arrived on time & in good shape. The tub is a good size for drying out a few flowers. The silica is full to the top of the tub but inside a heavy plastic bag that can hold the excess while the tub is in use drying flowers
