First off the bag zipper keep getting caught. Then it advertises to carry 20in pizzas and it can't even hold 1 16 in. Pizza

Overall a good bag for delivery food but short strap and the quality of zipper could be better..And the dividing plate glue is not strong enough to hold the heavy packing..

I do not do food deliveries for work or anything, but since I reside in a rural area, most restaurants are approximately 25 minutes away. This time frame can result in the food becoming cold by the time I arrive home, unpack, and eat. While dining out is not always easily done with kids, this bag offers an excellent solution by enabling me to bring home hot meals for my family. It is highly versatile, easily accommodating everyone's orders, and even has a designated space for pizza at the bottom. The material is pleasantly thick, and considering that it is designed for frequent use in food delivery, I anticipate its durability.
