Overall, a good product! It's sturdy and holds a lot of weight. The size (16 x 36 x 72) was perfect for my office to hold three Canon Pro 100 printers with a little room to spare. Purchased it while it was 30% off. It has a nice texture. The shelves are very secure and help to keep the unit from twisting. Two minor things kept this from getting 5 stars. First, while the color is labeled "black," it's actually more of a speckled dark gray. Second, many of the ends of the shelf slats were bent slightly. Had to use plyers to straighten them so the knobs would align and slide into the holes of the corner pieces. And the plastic hammer is useless. Need to use a heavier metal hammer to pound the shelf slats into place.

I ordered vo e shelve and everything was great. Easy to put together and seems very strong. At that point I ordered a second one. I don't think it is the sellers fault but the second one was delivered in a taped up stained box. I am not one to return items if I don't have too. I think my second box has a hard time in travel. The box was all taped up and oil/something stained. As I so did the second shelf I found that most pieces were slightly bent. I used a screwdriver to pull out the slots so that I can insert the cross supports. I don't think it's the seller that had the problem I think it was damaged and shipment. I probably should have returned it and asked for a new one. I did manage to get it assembled with a little extra effort and it sits next to the first one that arrived in perfect condition and was super simple to put together.

Although the shelf unit is functional, it was difficult to put together because a few of the screw holes were filled in with metal slag. Also the screw heads were not cut to enable the screws to be screwed in the wall.

Very sturdy. I recommend ear protection as it's super loud banging all of the parts together. Otherwise it was pretty easy and I did it all alone (lady 45 years old).

Really Cool Shelf! Oh the adventures we will have! The dates we will go on. Might even take it to space! The one thing I can hand stuff to and it will never put it down!I come from a 3D Printer background. I have a Bambu Labs X1C in the mail with the AMS filament loader that goes on top. I remeasured and did the math again when it was all put together. According to my measurements, x4 of these machines will fit on this shelf if you configure it to have just two shelves. There was not much info on the shelf materials, but I figured that 100 bucks on a shelf is a good gamble. Everything, except for the feet and rail couplings for better stacking alignment, is made out of metal. While I only used 3 of the 5 surfaces, it is still really sturdy. One of the surfaces was bent in shipping. I am happy that I opening the box upside-down.For parts, they give you more than you need incase you need to lose any. I am very happy that they included a little plastic hammer for beating the rails into submission. The hammer is really beaten up, but the rails are undamaged. Not bending. The metal comes with an interesting, smooth texture and is a few shades of black because of the texture, but you have to be up-close to see it. All put together, the shelf is 6ft. As for value, a shelf like this bought at Lowes of Walmart might set you back $200-$300. This shelf is on my list of "Buy Again" for when I am ready to fill my shipping container with 3D printers.
