After reading people's reviews and doing much research, I decided to purchase this shelf. The MAIN reason I did was because it is metal and doesn't have any odor. I bought the more expensive cabinet because in the description it says there is NO ODOR. And there isn't! I cannot tolerate stinky, chemical smelling wood products or any product that smells of chemicals. When will manufacturers learn?! The cabinet was well packed, no dents as others have received, and wasn't too difficult to put together. My husband said the instructions were well done. The only drawback of this beautiful cabinet is that the metal is pretty thin and flimsy. But once it was put together, it was fine. I am using it as a book shelf and it seems to be sturdy enough. Books aren't lightweight. So, I rarely write reviews, but thought this cabinet was worthy of a good one. If I have space, I might purchase another one later. It truly looks very nice and my family thinks so too!

Metal side arrived dented. (Shipping box was in tact) was only the product with damage.Overall, the product is flimsy and poor quality. Very Difficult to put together. Disappointed with the finished product, unfinished on the inside, can see back of the metal pieces. Looks cheap.Can’t return because by the time you get it all out and together to see the dents, there is no way I’m taking back apart to ship back.

This looks as pictured. The directions left a little to be desired as they didn’t really explain which direction to assemble. However, with a few corrections, I was able to put it together relatively quickly. It isn’t the most solid of cabinets and so I wouldn’t trust it to hold a lot of weight but it is good for storing things in a utility closet or garage

When I find a good product feel I should let others know how good it is, and this cabinet is good.For one thing, it's metal, that's a plus right off. That means it's much lighter than that particle board most of the 'wood' cabinets are made of today.It's also a decent size. It seemed just right for what I needed it for. The color is just what I wanted too, white, so the inside is white too, which means I can see small things I put in there better than if it was black.It's not too hard to mount but I have to recommend drilling your own holes in the back. That's so that the holes line up with two of the studs you would have in your wall, if you mount to a sheetrock wall. That's what I did.The doors work pretty well and have magnetic catches which hold the doors closed.The design is nice and neat looking too.We had some earthquake tremors here a few weeks ago and so I was adding support for all my cabinets and shelving to make everything earthquake proof. For this cabinets, that meant adding two L brackets under the bottom and screwed into the wall studs. Two strong L brackets should be enough. That adds a LOT of support in case you get a lot of earthquake incidents. I'll try to add a picture at some point.Assembly is not too difficult you do have to realize that you will have to look at the drawings and figure out where everything goes, and screw some screws in. The panels are labeled A, B, C, etc., so you can find out which ones are which by looking at the drawings. Can the drawings be better? Sure, but they seemed to work for me ok. It takes a few minutes to become familiar with all the panels, then it gets easier.Overall, I had to give these 5 stars all around I just hope they don't sell out now. I will probably buy one more in the future if I find it will fit in the place I have in mind.

I had some issues with the cabinet and the companies customer Service is fantastic . Great communication and fair credit back . The 5 star is for customer service . The cabinet is cute but directions lacked . It was very well packed but still came with dents and other issues . The door top screw was lost inside the door but after an hour I got it out .

It's difficult for such a beautiful, chic piece of furniture to be so poorly made that assembly is difficult because the pieces fit together poorly.
