AOLIGEIJS 7'X7' Baseball Softball Practice Net,Pitching Net,Batting Net,with Baseball Tee,Baseball Pitching Kit - Batter Dummy,Bonus Strike Zone and Bow Frame -PROS - I ordered this baseball or softball batting practice net for my children. I set this up in the basement for cold weather practice. The setup for this net is identical to other nets. To summarize the easy setup - the poles go in the hole and the poles bend to keep the net up. This net comes with some nice accessories, including a 9 square hit area panel, a slightly larger white hit area panel, and a screen panel with a ball player to aid to correct batting positioning. There is a full catch net for catching the balls that come at it. The included instructions are simple and straightforward and include both written word and pictures. Three soft, squishy balls come with this set. We are really pleased with this as our children are using this inside and my young son will be using this with his limited skill set. There are spokes included to keep it grounded for using it outside.CONS - One of the black poles that goes across came bent. See picture. There are black straps that go through when first setting this up that do not seem to be in the directions.OVERALL - This is a nice practice net for baseball and softball practicing that includes helpful accessories.Thank you for reading my review!

I was a little intimidated by the size of this thing when I was unpackaging it while thinking this is going to be a large mess to put together. I was wrong. Although it is large, it's EASY to assemble.Do not be inimidated by the size.It has a base of pieces which basically form a capital letter I. Then it has two poles on each side which connect to make one long pole on each side. They bend inward to create tension so the next can be attached on each side. Even bending it inward is simple.The net then slides down each side of the pole to create the net backing. It velcros to the bottom and hooks on each corner to create tension on each side, but loose in the middle to it can catch/slow down/absorb balls hit or thrown at it.It'll catch them and drop them down to the bottom for you to easily gather in one spot later.It also comes with a red strike zone grid target and a white square target which you clip on to the netting and center it to the middle of the next.It then has a net with an image of a batter and catcher that you can put up also for reference if someone is pitching into it. I don't know how helpful that is, but it's a reference for pitching in to and better than nothing.There is also a tee for tee ball hitting into the net that has a rubber top for the ball and is on a collapsable tripod for easy storage.It's huge and useful and easy to get up and going and the nylon slack net does the job great even when I'm throwing some harder pitches into it.The last cool thing is that it comes with a carrying case for the entire kit. And it's not one of those cases where things barely fit. It's sized right to fit everything in without having to fold everything as compact as possible to make it fit. That's really appreciated!

As a coach of my son's baseball team, the more accessories and practice tools you have, the better. I also own a 7x7 PowerNet Practice Net, great product. When I was looking for a second net for practice I found this one, and it has some unique features I really like, specifically for hitting practice.First off, this is a very complete set. Net, tee, roomy storage/transport bag, "strike zone," and dummy batter. I will say, even though the boys enjoy the dummy batter, it isn't very representative of the size/scale/location of an actual hitter when compared to the "middle" of the net, so don't expect it to feel like a "replica" but fun nonetheless. All said, this is as complete of a set that fits nicely in the spacious storage bag as you will find.The set up is as expected for these 7x7 nets. It takes minutes to set up and break down and you are ready to go. One thing I missed when I first set it up that is unique to this net is the extra loops near the bottom of the net that help hold tension to the "bounce back" netting. But, easy to fix after the fact and something I won't forget when I set up up in the future.My favorite part, the aforementioned full length "bounce back" / "ball retainer" netting. Most of these 7x7 nets have a large square in the middle where extra netting provides a pocket to hold/retain balls. Usually not an issue when you are throwing the ball as the square is pretty large, but when hitting, the balls are a bit more unpredictable and oftentimes bounce off the net outside of the square, requiring them to be picked up and retrieved, not a big deal, but extra time picking up balls = less swings. This one has a full length pocket that captures every ball that hits the net, think of it like a loose soccer net that hangs down. This is a great feature for hitting practice.Overall, good quality, lots of features/add-ons. and the full length "bounce back" / "ball retainer" netting is a fantastic feature for little leaguers. 5 stars!
