Instructions are terrible. Requires tools are not accurate, wrong size sockets are given. Pictures are useless. I was shorted (2) bolts which required a run to the hardware store. Once I figured out how to mount the step it seems pretty solid. We will see how it holds up to the Michigan winters, salt and dirt roads.
