I use this to hang from my mouse's cage. It's so long, it goes twice in a 40gall tank. She loves running up and down and across it. So adorable and sturdy!

I would not recommend. The rope is too light, no firmness to give my parrots a sense of balance.

This is a clean nice piece of rope that will get caught in bird's nails. I am sending it back. I have lived with birds (from finches to parrots) for over 20 years and can tell horror stories of how easily they can get caught in unfinished rope.

my birds love this rope. I bought this to help one of my parakeets heal her feet and the others love perching on it. I will be getting more for their set up soon!

You get to make your own knots in the rope, so I made knots on the ends and attached each end of the ropes to 2 parakeet cages so they can play in between their cages. It works perfectly for them and they enjoy using them a lot!

This might be great for smaller birds, but my blue throated Macaw shredded the chains and connectors within about 2 hours of installing it lol.

This rope was soft but had multiple loose strings. These ropes should be tightly woven or else birds can get their claws caught and get hurt.
